The Housing Authority of the City of St. Albans (HACSA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. To apply, visit the HACSA to pick up an application, located at 650 6th St., St Albans, WV 25177, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; and on Wednesdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm. Once the application has been completed it can be hand delivered to the address listed above from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; and on Wednesdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm. No documents are needed at this time. Preferences are listed on the front page of the application. The HACSA offers one Public Housing community with 90 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
